Process water treatment:

Hager + Elsässer offer all the requisite technologies for water provision for all needs and to any specification:
High-quality process water by treating drinking, ground or surface water, e.g. by means of filtration, membrane filtration, ion exchangers, sterilisation, etc.
Service water by means of pretreatment stages, such as softening, demineralisation, reverse osmosis or conditioning, as well as further treatment stages allowing re-use of treated waste water, for example.

Waste water purification:

We use the technologies best suited to the application in hand – whether indirect discharge, direct discharge or recycling:

• Preliminary purification by means of our FLOCOPAC flocculation and precipitation systems, our flotation system type FLOTAPAC or our FLOCOMAT sedimentation systems
• Biological processes such as our BIOFIT aerobic systems (e.g. moving bed bioreactors, activated sludge processes, sequencing bed reactors, membrane biological or biofiltration processes), our ANAFIT anaerobic systems (contact sludge, fluidised bed  or pellet reactors), or the DEMON deammonification process for removing high nitrogen concentrations
• Residue processing/reduction through treatment and dewatering with presses, centrifuges and filters
• Water recycling through membrane biological processes, membrane filtration, reverse osmosis and multimedia filters
• Odour control by means of activated carbon filters, biofilters and scrubbers
