New Contract in the Semiconductor Industry
In December 2010 HAGER + ELSÄSSER was awarded the contract for both, the ultrapure water systems and the waste water management for one of the most important chip manufacturers in Russia.

3-D-Model of a WWT-Plant
The waste water treatment system consists of several tratment lines with a total capacity of 80 m³/h.
The overall plant comprises the following main process steps:
Ultrapure water:
Waste Water treatment:
- HF/PO4-precipitation
- CuCMP
- Neutralization
- Chemical supply
- Control System
The overall design and construction of the plant is to be based on basic and detail engineering by HAGER + ELSÄSSER, which will include the following:
- Mass Balance (Mass Flow Diagram - MFD)
- Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (PID)
- Heat Balance
- Detailed Equipment Schedules
- Drawings for tanks and other structures
- Process Descriptions
- Layout Drawings
- Pipework plans and specifications
- Instrumentation and Control Engineering
HAGER + ELSÄSSER will also supply the core components of the systems.
The commissioning of the plant is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2012.
